being a person with a learning disability does not mean that one cannot be successful and smart

 Some students with certain learning disabilities may have other ways to perceive the world and to absorb information in comparison to other students. Dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia are conditions that may create additional difficulties with reading, writing, spelling or performing mathematical operations. Nevertheless, being a person with a learning disability does not mean that one cannot be successful and smart. With proper help and support such students can improve their skills and become confident learners. One of the main sources of such help is knowing the individual learner. All the students have their own strengths and weaknesses and there is no universal way to teach everyone in one way.
